As I approached the BIG 40, I realised that I needed to make a change. I joined Nuffield and spent the first-year training myself and adopting a repetitive training routine which had minimal impact on my wellbeing.
Following a recommendation I embarked on Personal Training with Camilla and never looked back, I wish I’d done so sooner. I’m not sure I can put into words how brilliant Camilla is but I’ll give it a go.

I have been training with Camilla for 3 years now and the results were instant, within months I had shed in excess of 10 KG reaching a healthy weight. Our sessions are vigorous, varied and challenging (as they say no pain no gain) and have helped me maintain a healthy weight whilst also toning my body and improving my wellbeing.
Camilla has a good understanding of my training objectives and has consistently designed programmes that meet my aims. She not only pushes me but also encourages me to achieving my goal and I very much feel I get value for money, as well as enjoying the sessions.

Since embarking on Personal Training I have re-discovered a passion for running which I had back in my twenties, it has allowed me to participate in numerous running events and achieve Personal Bests.

Whatever your fitness goal, I highly recommend Camilla as a very professional Personal Trainer who gives a lot of thought to her clients’ training requirements.
