These are photos from our cycling in the Alps last year, which we found very hard. We trained for hills before we went and made it to the top of the Cols we wanted. This year we have taken you up on your offer of personal training at the gym and more recently using ‘Zoom’ which I had never heard of before. ( I am in my 60’s so this was new to me). You even coached me on how that worked. (Not so difficult as it turned out)

The training in the gym was very hard, and press-ups were not my thing but it was enjoyable until everything ached the following day.

Training with zoom I wasn’t keen on at first but it turns out it’s very good, we do this after work and dash home so not normally in the mood for training, however, credit to you we are soon motivated and we end up working hard.

The result of all this is I can now do press-ups (repeatedly) and when we go up hills we have the fitness and strength to do it.

To sum up, we would recommend your training to anyone as you tailored our to what we wanted and wanted to achieve. You motivate us when we are really not up for it and produce results?

I didn’t think personal training was for us but through your professionalism I realise it actually is for anyone whatever their goals and would recommend you to anyone of any ability.
