One-year transformation
Kym
A full year of consistency, commitment and hard work. These photos show Kym in April 2025 compared to today — and the difference speaks for itself. Not just in her physique, but in her confidence, posture, strength, and the way she carries herself.
Over the last 12 months, Kym has:
- Lost body fat
- Built strength and fitness
- Improved her energy levels
- Developed sustainable habits that fit her lifestyle
- Stayed consistent, even when life got busy
The biggest change isn't just what you can see in these photos — it's the confidence she's gained and the belief in herself.

Training with an invisible illness
Sam
“When I was diagnosed with Addison's disease in 2021, one of my biggest worries was the fact I'd be taking steroids for the rest of my life. I hadn't stepped foot in a gym since school and, if I'm honest, the thought of it filled me with dread. That's when I started working with Camilla.
She met me where I was, not where she thought I should be. Over the last few years she's gradually built my confidence to the point where I now train with her in the gym — something I genuinely never thought I'd say!
Camilla understands that no two days are the same when you live with an invisible illness. She knows when I'm having a good day and can push me that bit harder, but she also recognises when my health isn't quite where it should be and adapts the session without me ever feeling like I've failed.
I feel stronger, fitter and far more confident in my own body. If you've been putting off getting fitter because you're worried about your health, your confidence or walking into a gym, I'd really encourage you to have a chat with Camilla. I genuinely can't recommend her highly enough.”

12-month transformation
Gavin
Gav has absolutely put in the work this past year and it shows. In 12 months he's achieved:
- 20kg weight loss
- 23cm off his waist
- 14cm off his chest
- 13cm off his hips
That's not just a physical transformation — it's a complete lifestyle shift. He's gone from poor eating habits to fuelling his body with nutritious whole foods, building strength, adding lean muscle, and showing up week after week. And the biggest win? His confidence has gone through the roof.
No shortcuts. No nonsense. Just consistency, effort and commitment.

Never be defined
Francesca
“I did something REALLY brave this week — all thanks to my amazing PT Camilla Willows! I wanted to show you all that having a stoma shouldn't limit you in ANY way. It has taken me years, and I mean YEARS, to do a post like this.
I feel stronger, more confident and quite frankly unstoppable — and that is all down to some incredible people who are in my life. I really hope this is something which inspires others. Never be defined by your bag; you can't be what you can't see.
Happy, proud and healthy!”

A real journey
Faye Dickinson
“The last 9+ months have been a real journey for me. I never had a drink — the drink had me — so giving it up was the best choice I made for me. It made me commit to my training, and finding Pilates along the way was great.
I couldn't have done it without the support of my personal trainer Camilla Willows. She's given me so much help, support and encouragement all the way.”

Gains & PBs
Gemma
“I first started working with Camilla at the start of the year. I have never made as many gains and PBs with any other PTs before. She pushes you by knowing when you're trying it on and she knows you can go heavier — those little incremental increases are the game changer.
With dietary changes and the commitment from her to champion me and my progress, I have really enjoyed getting the strength and tone I didn't know I had. Patient and kind — Camilla gets 100% from me! Thank you!”

40+ perimenopause results
Clare Connolly
Clare started her journey in January 2025 and has shown up consistently ever since — no extremes, no quick fixes, just solid, sustainable work.
In that time she's achieved:
- 15+ kg lost
- 16.5cm off her waist
- 11cm off her hips
- 10cm off her chest
But the numbers only tell part of the story. This has been about navigating perimenopause, building strength, improving body composition, and — most importantly — maintaining those results long-term.
Because let's be honest: anyone can drop weight quickly. Very few can sustain it, feel good and keep progressing over time. Clare has done exactly that — no falling off, no yo-yo, just consistency, patience and trust in the process.
